We work hard to offer you the best prices, but if you find the same furniture or barbecue product cheaper and with the same service conditions, we’ll match the price when you buy from us.

• The products must be equal. i.e. products must be in stock, the same product specification, the same brand and sold with the same service conditions
• We will not match competitors who are e-commerce websites without a high street presence; in administration or closing down; factory outlets; or end of season clearance
• Where we agree a price match with an e-commerce website with a high street presence, this is applicable only when the identical product is readily available and postage/delivery charges are taken into account
• Proof of price, availability and delivery conditions must be demonstrated
• Our price promise policy will only be valid up to the day of your delivery
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our price promise at any time

To enquire about whether a price match promise is available online on a specific furniture set or barbecue please email into enquiries@frostsgroup.com with screenshots to prove the above conditions are matched, and we will get back to you to confirm how this will be processed.  Please note delivery costs are not included in our price match promise and will not be matched.
