Once you arrive at the North Pole, meet Reindeer Ronnie in the reindeer stables, where little ones will have the chance to mix up a bag of magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve.
Then, step inside Santa’s cosy living room, to share your Christmas wishes with Santa.
Continue your magical adventure to Santa’s bustling Toy Workshop, where Christmas preparations are in full swing.
Surrounded by wonderful toys and festive surprises, you’ll have the chance to choose a special gift to take home as a keepsake of your enchanting journey.
Finally, make your way to Mrs Christmas’ Kitchen, where the delicious scent of freshly baked gingerbread fills the air.
Here, little ones can roll up their sleeves and get creative as they decorate their very own gingerbread house-shaped biscuit, with colourful sweets.
The perfect ending to a truly magical Frosts Christmas experience, filled with festive fun, and memories the whole family will treasure.

FAQs:
Does every adult and child need a ticket?
Yes, every visitor to the grotto requires a ticket.
We have a selection of family ticket options – select the family ticket type that best suits your group. Then, if needed, add additional individual tickets to create your package. We offer additional tickets for adults, children and babies to cater to all our visitors.
Infants under 12 months require a baby ticket – baby tickets cannot be purchased individually. If the only child in your group is under 12 months you will need to purchase a family ticket.
Will tickets be available on the day?
Grotto tickets sell-out very quickly, to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
The website shows up-to-date, live availability – if tickets are still available on the day you can purchase both in store at the till point and online.
What time should we arrive before our booked slot?
Please arrive promptly to the grotto 5 minutes before your time slot. Ensure you have your email confirmation to hand for the Elves to check upon arrival.
Will you have SEN sessions?
Yes, we are offering a selection of SEN sessions.

SEN sessions offer lower capacity, muted lighting and quieter music. Do not hesitate to get in touch with the events team via events@bluediamond.gg if you require any assistance to enhance your visit.
Can babies or infants attend?
Yes, we welcome visitors of all ages.
What happens if we arrive late?
Our sessions run to a strict schedule so unfortunately we cannot guarantee access to the grotto in the event you’re late. The team will do their very best to accommodate you but please bear this in mind.
What should we wear?
The entire immersive grotto experience is indoors, and we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and layers. We do not have storage space for coats, bags or prams and you must keep all your belongings without you throughout the experience.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, if you require a carer ticket, please first purchase your tickets online and then email events@bluediamond.gg with your booking reference number and an attached copy of your carer documentation to demonstrate eligibility.
If you are eligible for a carer ticket the relevant fee will be refunded to the original payment card used to make your booking.
Carers receive a reduced rate however the remaining guests are required to pay the standard ticket price.
What should I do if I have specific accessibility requirements?
Please purchase your tickets online, you will be prompted to advise if you have any accessibility requirements during the booking process. If you have accessibility or access needs, please contact events@bluediamond.gg will more details and the team will be in touch.
Does the train move? Motion Sickness?
The train is stationary and does not require visitors to wear headsets during the experience. The train mimics gentle movements of a real-life train carriage to support the story on the screens. The train is monitored by Health and Safety Elves for the duration of your ride and we will be on hand to assist you in the event you need to leave for any reason.
How are you seated on the train?
You will be seated within your family groups, seats can accommodate 3 guests, booths can accommodate 6 guests and you will grouped together to ensure you enjoy the experience as a family.
Can I bring a buggy?
No, unfortunately we do not have space to accommodate prams and buggies within the experience.
We also do not have any undercover storage space so please leave prams and buggies in your car to avoid disappointment. If you opt to leave your possessions outside of the grotto this is at your own risk.
